Ordering Online
When you are ready to checkout, you can click “View Cart” at the upper right hand of any page you are on, and then click “Checkout” located below the Cart summary.
Step1: Optional – Pet Information
We would like to celebrate your pet’s birthday and provide any vital health or other information we have on your pet type or breed.
Your best friend may receive a surprise from us to celebrate his/her birthday.
Step 2: Billing Information
Input boxes allow you to enter billing information, including your name, address, city, state, zip, phone and email address. Required fields are indicated by an asterisk (*). Providing us with a telephone number where you can be reached allows us to contact you in case there are any questions or issues regarding your order, helping us to assure that your order is not delayed. Your e-mail address is required for us to send you confirmation of your order. Please see our Privacy Policy regarding the use of your personal information.
Step 3: Shipping Information
If the Shipping Address is the same as the Billing Address you may check the box to have the information prefilled for you.
If the Shipping Address is different please complete all boxes required.
Step 4: Shipping Method
We are currently shipping Standard Ground. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of customized items. Note any special delivery instructions or delivery times indicated by product item descriptions.
Expedited, Special delivery available—call 1-703-627-0005 or send an email requesting Special Delivery information/pricing. Special Delivery fees must be approved before order is processed.
Shipping fees are for Contiguous USA only. Please contact us for delivery fees to Hawaii, Alaska or International Orders.

Sales Tax: Sales tax will be calculated only on items shipped to Virginia.

All sales of personalized items are final and returns are not accepted unless product is defective at initial purchase.
